GONGDA is a China-based manufacturer specializing in decorative PVC film, PVC lamination sheets, and PVC edge banding. Founded in 2006, we have grown from a regional workshop into a vertically integrated facility spanning 15,000 square meters, supplying furniture brands, laminate distributors, and interior designers in over 60 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Our plant operates the complete production chain—from raw-material compounding and high-speed calendering to precision gravure printing, surface coating, and final quality inspection. Equipped with imported German and Austrian production lines and fed by premium PVC resin and additives, we maintain a library of 1,200+ active printing rollers and produce more than 1,000 design varieties, including wood grain, solid color, marble, metallic, soft touch, and custom patterns. Every batch is tested for color consistency, adhesion strength, heat resistance, and environmental compliance before it leaves our facility.
We provide comprehensive OEM and private-label services. Our one-stop customization covers exclusive color protection, custom roll widths and thicknesses, embossed textures, and branded packaging. Whether you need a standard stock range or a bespoke design for a new furniture collection, our R&D and color-matching team works directly with your specifications to deliver samples within days and bulk production within weeks.
With nearly two decades of export experience, GONGDA has built long-term partnerships with furniture manufacturers, laminate distributors, panel processors, and building-material wholesalers worldwide. We understand the demanding standards of international markets—including EU REACH compliance, US CARB regulation, and regional fire-safety certifications—and tailor product documentation and testing reports to meet your market requirements.
